"Voices of Crawford was written as a soundtrack for a documentary about the settlers and pioneers of the Crawford, Colorado area. One strong recurring theme of the documentary was the juxtaposition of new and old. Because of this, I decided to juxtapose new synthetic sounds over older, more traditional song styles."

"Although you might not hear this genre (Synthetic Pioneer Stomp) played on the top-40 stations, it is catchy and seems to go quite well with the documentary."
