This is a short promo for Olympic Gold Medalist Alana Nichols, produced by Standing Point Films for Olympic Sponsors, Deloitte. My good friend and cinematographer, Allison Anderson, from Chicago, called me up one day and said,"Hey, do you want to capture sound for a short Olympic Promo project?" I, of course, knew doodly about the project, but jumped at the chance to work with Allison again. Wow! What a fun day. The crew was wonderful. Alana was wonderful. It is obvious when you meet certain people why they tower head and shoulders above others. Alana is a champion in every sense of the word. I did the sound recording with Alana. Someone else did a nice job with the post production sound, but I don't have the post production credits, so I'm not sure who it was. |
